I was very disappointed with an experience at this Dunkin donuts this morning so stopping here was supposed to be a treat for me. Little did I know what a mediocre experience awaited me. The only thing that was pleasant about my entire Experience was the taste of the donuts themselves. The drink I ordered was horribly sweet and syrupy. And I'm someone who likes sweet things a lot. I didn’t wait that long for my order, that was very nice. I tried the Signature iced latte, the flavor was Caramel Craze. It was delicious! I also tried the bacon jam grilled cheese, was huge. It had savory and sweet notes, also very good. The price wasn’t bad either. $11 for both.

Worse location I’ve gone to. I asked for a drink that’s all over the store being advertised and they said it’s discontinued, ok, I order something else which is a medium light ice green matcha latte, and I get a cup that’s filled two thirds with all of the matcha powder at the bottom, I asked the lady who handed me the drink if she could please fill my cup and she proceeds to say that because I asked for less ice they need to give me less drink, if I wanted more ice for the cup to fill all the way or milk. I asked for more of the drink instead, she proceeds to grab my drink and fill it up with

Service was horrible. Employees had an inordinate amount of difficulty getting our orders put in. (3 coffee drinks). I dont think mine even had any coffee in it. It tasted like watered down flavored milk. For the price, bad service, and unsatisfactory drink I ended up getting, I will not be going back to Dunkin.
