Whenever i go to this dunkin they are always very quick despite there being so many customers, which is the best part of my mornings! The cashier that I had this morning was extremely helpful by informing me about dunkin rewards when i was paying for my 3 drinks, 2 sandwiches, and donut. I then asked her if I could add a water to my order and she was very patient with me!

I had a taste for a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese on the side and this is what i received (see picture). l am questioning if this is really a Dunkin' Donuts bagel it looks like a store bought bagel, first of all it was not fresh, it was also burnt and brick hard, therefore, I did not eat it. I requested it lightly toasted, my husband went to get it for me so he did not look to see what was in the bag. I will advise all customers to check your food before you leave this Dunkin' Donuts on 1133 Boardwalk in Atlantic City. I would not recommend this location.

We were guest at the Resorts Hotel. On Nov 22, 2025 I ordered online some breakfast. My husband went to pick up the order. When he came to the room, out of 4 items 1 was missing. When he went to the DD again. The ladies weren't busy, a different person checked the receipt and gave my husband the donut that was missing. They were rather ridiculed that my husband went back there for the missing donut. The lady who handed the order in first place was there but did not attempt to apologize. By the way, did I mention about the CINNAMON RAISIN BAGEL with cream cheese. It looked funny and tasted lik

I ask for manager to speak but manager sit in back of office refusing to come front to speak with me he asking employee to speak instead of him I was not happy as management u should take care of customer issue with order and food
