The last 2 times a been to this store, services is horrible, they all these staff walking around worried about drive through, but no energy is put into the inside. Tables dirty no where to sit, I had to clean tables both times. Than just to order they have one girl working behind the glass, taking orders and being the cashier. Stood there 15 minutes before order was taken both times and both time manager just standing there. You think they would help. Services horrible

We went into Panda Express in Atwater and ordered the family meal. My wife had a lot of questions and an employee by the name of Joel answered all of her questions accurately and very politely. Some people would get annoyed with all the questions but Joel showed no signs of annoyance. Kudos to Joel!!!!

The portion of my food was okay. I honestly used to get bigger portions. Other than that, my food was good. I had the orange chicken freshly made due to coming so late an hour before closing. It was delicious. I had an okay visit to this Panda Express.

I only took a couple bites of my plate before realizing every single item I ordered was either stale or made wrong. I brought it back and showed the workers, and they all looked at me like I was a nuisance for saying something. They got the manager, who kept asking what was wrong while I was trying to explain it, but the whole thing took way longer than it should have. The way they treated me was honestly disgusting. I had only taken a couple bites, yet they acted like replacing the food was coming out of their own pocket.
