I work right next to this coffee shop so the experience is very unfortunate... But let’s get into it... I get cold brew at least 3 times a week from this shop and it was delightful for a while... until these last couple weeks.. I ordered one and it tasted like water.. so, I called and the lady I talked to on the phone was very nice and accommodating .. but when I came in for my free coffee the next day there was a blonde girl who took my order, I let her know I was coming in for the free coffee her attitude totally changed towards me didn’t even want to acknowledge me at this point really.. so

These girls are the literal sweetest! I got myself lost after just moving here and taking the wrong bus, my phone was at 5% and Kylee was nice enough to lend me a charger for my phone! Quill and Kylee both were super sympathetic and just flat awesome, made my day better and made a great blueberry and pomegranate smoothie! Huge kudos to those girls!

This was my first time trying coffee at The Human Bean, so I can't be sure if the disappointment comes from this location in particular, or if I'm just not a fan of their offerings in general. I ordered the "Mexi" iced coffee, and unfortunately, the ratio of coffee to chocolate to cinnamon was way off. The drink was overwhelmingly sweet, which overshadowed the intended flavors. My wife opted for a variation of their white chocolate mocha, as recommended by the barista. Google says theyre open at 5am, but its only the drive thru. Walked 22min to get a coffee for my bus ride to find out theyre lobby isnt open until 7am. They need to change that on Google or allow walk ups between 5a-7a because discrimination against non drivers is really terrible when someone is trying to get coffee before a bus ride to work.
