All I can say is that I am extremely disappointed with this location and the way this situation was handled. I’m a frequent customer and usually place mobile orders before work without any issues. However, on Thursday I decided to go through the drive-thru and paid with a $20 bill because I needed change later that day for an appointment tip. My total was around $6, so I should have received about $13 and some change back. Instead, the manager only gave me $3 back.
