I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for years, but my recent experience at Domino’s Vestal Ave (Store #3405, Binghamton) was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I ordered Parmesan Bread Bites, waited patiently for my food, and was told the first batch had fallen on the floor — mistakes happen, so I waited again while they made a new one. But when I finally received my order, I found two hairs and even an insect inside the bread bites. That’s beyond disgusting and clearly shows a total lack of hygiene in the kitchen. This was honestly disgusting. I’m still irritated just thinking about it. Ordered through the app, waited almost an hour like an idiot for food that never showed up. Call the store and suddenly they “can’t find the order” anywhere?? How does that even happen. Then it turns into this whole back and forth where nobody knows what’s going on and we’re the ones stuck chasing them down. Finally they say they’ll just take the order over the phone and send it out right away. Should’ve known that was a joke. Driver shows up with a horrible attitude, acting like we’re the problem. I love this dominos location. Every time I order food it's always fresh warm and amazing. I have been a huge fan of dominos for a super long time. I love the atmosphere and all of the people. My favorite person is Isaiah. He always makes my food the best and anytime I order I will always ask for him to make my food.
