Tejas Hiremath★I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for years, but my recent experience at Domino’s Vestal Ave (Store #3405, Binghamton) was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I ordered Parmesan Bread Bites, waited patiently for my food, and was told the first batch had fallen on the floor — mistakes happen, so I waited again while they made a new one. But when I finally received my order, I found two hairs and even an insect inside the bread bites. That’s beyond disgusting and clearly shows a total lack of hygiene in the kitchen. Call the store and suddenly they “can’t find the order” anywhere?? How does that even happen. Then it turns into this whole back and forth where nobody knows what’s going on and we’re the ones stuck chasing them down.
