Carrot Express is one of my go-to spots in East Boca Raton, and I honestly eat here two to three times a week. The food is always fresh, delicious, and healthy, making it easy to stay on track without sacrificing flavor. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or meeting a friend for coffee, the quality is consistently excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always provides great service. Friday night, we wanted something quick but still healthy, so we ordered a salad with extra chicken. Total came out to $29.98, not cheap, but you expect quality and a decent portion for that price. When the order arrived, I was honestly shocked by how little food was in the container. This wasn’t even close to what you’d reasonably expect. I recently went out to eat with my daughter, and I was a little concerned because I didn’t see any high chairs available. To my surprise, Joxy magically appeared with one. I was truly impressed by how attentive she was throughout our time at the restaurant. She also made me such a creamy and delicious coffee that I had to order another one to go because I absolutely loved it. I would also like to thank the entire team. The food was wonderful, fresh, and beautifully presented. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.
