This was probably one of the better Jack in Box’s I’ve been to after the sun goes down! Their tacos, all be it funky and disgustingly good in their own right, were actually really good this time around! I may drive all the way out here just for them! But in the day time! At night this place seems like a jack in the box that would show up in a dateline episode, good thing it’s in Brea! Good job night crew on the tacos!

Walk in service is horrible. Want to pay with cash? Good luck. You'll wait for over 15 minutes then have to return to the kiosk to re order with cc. Service is trash.

It took 30 minutes to revive my order. I ordered a breakfast combo breakfast sandwich with a coffee and did not receive my hash brown. Young man and young women said we did not order it, but didn’t want to even honor it for us instead he asked did we want to purchase a has brown twice, and had an attitude. My sandwich was cold. Overall you don’t catch an attitude with a paying customer. I work at Wine Country and he didn’t give me discount when I was told we are allowed one. One of the only places to eat eat at 4 am to 5 am and this man dark hair tall thin gives us an attitude. Hire someon

Terrible service For the second time my order is missing food. No napkins provided Order incorrect Drive thru takes a long time to have order ready and when I call to complain Staff never picks up the phone Avoid if you can!!!!
