Chicken bites were rock solid but didn't realize it until I got home. I posted pictures and videos. They forgot 2 tacos, the manager did make that right. They put everything on top of pizza so all toppings were stuck to top of box. The manager wanted to take the pizza back to "make it right" but I just dont trust that they wouldn't of just taken top Tostada off and reused it, so we just kept it. Previous times the food has been good but this last time was enough for me never to go back again.

My son and I were visiting from out of state and the night was freezing. We wanted to get out for a quick bite and stopped for Taco Bell favorites. The associates were friendly and courteous; the service was fast and accurate; the restaurant was clean, welcoming and warm. It was a lovely experience! Thank you Taco Bell Pensacola!

Ordered their new dipping Burritos. Wanted the garlic ranch sauce for them, didn't get it. I don't understand how you can forget the one thing the DIPPING Burritos are supposed to come with. And keep in mind, these burritos are TINY. Not worth it, and horrid customer service.

Waited 20 min for a doordash order because they were prioritizing the drive thru. Get a better system for delivery so that drivers don’t have to wait so long. Even after I told them I was here for the order, they just stared at me (because I was waiting for a long time). When I got up to ask about the order again they looked pissed off that I was saying anything. This is affecting my delivery time and tips, as well as slowing down my deliveries (so even less money for me).
