Paid $16 for basically lettuce. And 4 small pieces of chicken. Part of the delivery wasn't in the order. My husband tried to call and was told a manager wasnt in to help. Delivery took over an hour with no updates until the driver was on his way. BWW used to be good but the quality and service has been very low. Very unhappy with our last few orders

I have only eaten here twice and the food was amazing! I would definitely come back again. However I noticed that the upper management was doing the schedule and talking about certain employees wanting to make money but they weren’t going to put them in certain sections. So I would rather not have to hear any of that while I’m there next time. Other than that it was great! I went at lunchtime so I’m sure they were planning for the night, but maybe do that stuff in the office in the future.

What a disgusting experience !!!!!! Jody (the manager) needs to be evaluated or better yet FIREDDD ! Very unprofessional & had no class whatsoever! She kept yelling & had the worst attitude towards her staff. The yelling across the room was very unnecessary, if Jody had a problem with anything, she should’ve handled it better, spoke with her staff in a private matter & address the situation like an adult. John who was the bartender was such a sweetheart & took care of us as best as he can. We waited 40 minutes for our food but we understood & waited patiently since it was superbowl night. Joh
