Let's be real: While the government was busy debating how to function, Taco John's was busy feeding the community. I visited specifically to support their incredible "Community Support Special," offering free meals to SNAP recipients during the shutdown. A "no questions asked" policy for a hot meal is a serious display of corporate citizenship that deserves five stars alone. Great Taco John's! This location is a bit busier, but they manage it very well- the drive-thru line moves quickly, and my food is always correct. The AI ordering system actually works well. The food is always fresh and hot, and the service is always friendly. I have never had a bad order of potato olé's, but somehow, the ones here taste better.

I had an amazing experience at Taco John’s. I ordered the #9 chicken burrito and it was so good that I literally went back through the drive-thru to order another one, that’s how fire it was. I even went back to drive thruu to ask who made it because it was made perfectly. A kind gentleman named Lavant prepared it, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. The cashier, Malachi, was also excellent very friendly, respectful, and provided great customer service, especially that late at night. The whole place felt welcoming, clean, and well-run. I eat here almost every day after work and I love the food and the fair prices. Unfortunately, when I went in today just before work ended, they completely missed my large cup of ole potatoes and the guy at the counter (I assume he was new) took my receipt and crumpled it up in the trash before I could even ask for it so I could do the survey. I was on the clock so I didn’t have time to check the food until I was back in my personal vehicle. Now I’m down $4 and I didn’t even get anything in its place. Super duper lame. Please find a way to make this right.
