elysabethe harvey★Sunrise/Sunset is such a staple for the neighborhood. This place is so lovely and the staff is wonderful! However, it's pretty unacceptable for a barista to stand out front on the benches, smoke a cigarette and return to work WITHOUT washing his hands. We observed him immediately walk back inside, and start touching the coffee machine, syrups, and making orders. Beyond unsanitary.

Let me preface this by saying I have worked in the restaurant/customer service industry for 5 years, and always try to give the benefit of the doubt! The food is delicious (albeit long wait times). I highly recommend the Biscuits and Mushroom Gravy! The vibe is super cute, and feels very homey/neighborhoody, which I love! The only issue I have comes down to service, and it is SO hit or miss.
