I was very disappointed. The chicken sandwich was dry, the fries were cold and the tacos had little to no lettuce or cheese and cold. This was the worst JIB experience I’ve ever had in 5 states!

Came through with my girlfriend tonight and ordered the smash jack combo with 3 sliders and an extra one, and came home bit into my burger and it was raw. We tore open the other ones and they were raw as well. I worked at jack in the box in Pocatello for years and am well aware that a timer while pressing the patties is required to avoid this and they were definitely pulled early. We spent almost $20 after a late night shift for raw burgers and nearly a trip to the doctors office. If you don't want to do the job your givin and follow timers then find something else.

I pulled up around 3:30 am. Usually you have to wait a but for your meal to get prepared. Ordered the bacon/swiss/mushroom combo with 3 egg rolls. Only took a couple minutes to get my food should've known something was up. I've never had a problem with this location so I didn't check my food. Got home. No swiss mushroom burger. Single patty with lettuce and tomato...smashed...The fries were ok except for the 2 burned mini tacos packed inside. The picture of the egg rolls speak for themselves. Next time I'll drive the 150 extra feet and go yo Carls Jr. One good thing...the drink was right...🫤
