If you do any kind of special order at all make sure that you absolutely check everything before leaving the parking lot. I only come here because I’m within walking distance and my son loves this place but the last three or four times I’ve gotten anything it’s messed up and on purpose. I asked for light barbecue sauce on a rodeo burger and probably got 5 to 6 times the amount of barbecue sauce that should be on a burger with about nine onion rings and the entire wrapper was covered in barbecue sauce. I have visited this location on many many occasions because I live close by. Over the course of the last couple of months I’ve noticed that it depends on the staff that is currently working for that day that will determine what type of service you receive. Why is it that they want to charge you extra if you are trying to obtain 2 sauces for two individuals? They only want to give you one sauce for the both of you to split? That makes zero sense! This type of service urges me want to drive to other locations instead of this one, even though it is closest to my home. I will continue to take this

I swear, the owner is the person at the drive thru. They've yet to get my order wrong and they're always so friendly. Maybe I just always see the same woman at the window, but she seems to know customer service like a real old pro. The food is always so fresh and hot, I'm glad I have to drive home a few blocks to let it cool down. You can't say that about many places. I got lunch for breakfast today and the...seemingly only employee... Made my food fresh and fast for me. I just saw her taking orders while sweeping outside..what a champ! She said her name is Maria, please give her some praise!!
