This tiny little salad with barely any chicken was $12, side of dressing $2.20, I paid over $15 for some lettuce and a couple pieces of dry chicken. This place has gone way downhill. Wasn't even good the last time I tried it and I tried to give it another chance! So skimpy and expensive for mediocre food. Customer services not even great people are so unfriendly every time!

I have been coming to this place for years. Service is by far one of the best places I've been too. Coffee is top notch as are the baked goods, sandwiches, salads and soups.. I've never had a bad experience. Today I had the Asian Noodle salad and it is my new favorite. Also their house salad with dill dressing and pesto cheese sandwich is exceptional. Again I've never had something I didn't like. As for service.. Exceptional. Great to pick up a quick to go in the morning or at lunch. It's also a great place to meet friends. Went in, there was a moldy pastry on display. Let the cashier know, and she responded. Yeah I know, its on display, its for show, we won't sell that. We said okay, well people probably won't want to eat here with moldy food on display next to the other food. She said okay, well are you even going to order anything? We said we're going to leave and go somewhere else. She pretty much said "okay, cool, bye." Disappointing because we used to love Labou and would eat here weekly. A single crazy eyed, worst cashier ever, has ruined that.

i come here a few days of the week, food is delicious, workers are so nice. great sandwiches, delicious teas and coffees. i recommend this cafe to everyone
