Came to pick up my food just now and no one was here. Cancelled that after waiting. Sounded like there was honestly yelling coming from inside. Get a better overnight crew. Wasted my gas and everything

I used to go here all hours when it was 24 hours. But I went on this Saturday night at 11:40. My order was 2 biggie bags( double burger for one and Jr bacon cheese for the other. 10 piece nugget meal large extra fry. The order came to me with just the nuggets and a medium fry I stopped before I pulled away from the window and they asked me to pull forward When the manager BRIAN, came to the car with the "corrected" order he handed me a bag and turned and walked away before I could check it. Upon checking it I was still missing the medium fry, burger and a nugget I told him I had 2 biggie

Seriously considering not eating at Wendy’s anymore. The girl at the window is rude and not intelligent. I can tell by the way she handles situations. The drive through intercom wasn’t working. She screwed up my order and asked me to rejoin the line for something she didn’t put in my order. When I got home I realized more things were missing from my order. If you want to be pissed and feel robbed for your money head down there!

The person at the drive thru was very rude when I simply asked about purchasing a frosty. Instead of saying, "I apologize, we're all out of frosties.", she simply responded "No" in a rude way. Wendy's should be teaching better customer service to its employees.
