10/21/25 People at register were great, and the cafe itself is beautiful and pleasant. - 6.95 for half a chicken salad sandwich, was ready quickly, sub-5 minutes. - 3.25 for campfire cupcake - Good but not super special, not dry but not moist. Marshmallow crème has nice textural contrast. Not overtly sweet despite the marshmallow crème.

Today, I came here for the time to have lunch with friends, and I was impressed with the food and the coffee. I know it’s only February, but this was the best cup of coffee I’ve had all year, and honestly in a long time. The food was amazing and flavorful! I really enjoyed my avocado toast. It was very busy, but don’t let that deter you! The food and coffee are worth it.

Farm-fresh menu, lovely espresso drinks, and delicious fresh baked goods. Atwater's is a social hub for locals, hosting open mics and pizza pop ups, and is a great spot to host a party. I enjoy coming here several times a week at different times of day. The walk-up counter downstairs and table service upstairs are both great. Family friendly with elevator and changing station. The staff treat you like family. It's always a pleasure!

We discovered Atwater’s recently, Wow! What an amazing place… not only do they make most things (even mill their own flour!) They source most things locally. The food is delicious and the service is friendly and competent. The atmosphere is lively at Sunday brunch, relaxing in the coffee shop on the first floor, and the live music on Thursday night was excellent, (Cole Larravide 👍🏻) I highly recommend.
