Worst Panera. Avacardo Melt Sandwich had completely different recipe. We asked them to dine in but were told that there were no clean plates. When asked for plates, staff members laughed and said all plates are dirty. We ate on napkins. Food tastes nasty and stale, cheese sandwich was burnt. Incompetent staff. There was no manager to been seen. No wonder the whole restaurant was empty and dirty.

I visited Panera Bread and the food was pretty good, but the location could really improve when it comes to cleanliness. There was a stack of dishes sitting near the trash can in the front area of the store, and several tables had salt and crumbs left on them. I understand that places get busy, but someone on the staff should periodically check the tables and the dish area near the trash cans to keep things clean for customers. Another suggestion would be to make sure there are paper towels available in the men’s restroom. Men appreciate clean and well-stocked bathrooms too. I lived in the

I’m only doing this review for the cashier jayla. She was SO patient with me when my gift card was trying not to authorize the payment and then my debit card did the same thing! Both had money on them. She was very willing to wait for me to figure it out and even left the register open for me while she took other customers on another register. Such a pleasant attitude. Absolutely one you would want at the front of the store for sure. Thanks Jayla!!!

The quality of Panera has gone down significantly in the past year but this is appalling. This is what the cinnamon crunch bagel looks like now. Is this a joke? Unbelievable. Not sure if it’s just this location or all of Panera but this is a disgrace.
