My daughters 7th Birthday party was here and for a Saturday and how chaotic amusement places can be they did OUTSTANDING. The prices are great, my kids had a blast, and more importantly the staff was great in particular Jasmine was our host and she was very informative and never left anything out! She was very helpful and guided me through everything as myself I never have been to Chuck E Cheese as a child or adult. We will definitely be back even for a regular day! Very happy with this experience, we might just be regulars and continue to have parties here!Thank you!!!!

Absolutely adored our party at Chuck E. Worth the extra for less stress, a great experience for all the kids, and ours. All the kids left with great prizes, cute socks, a reusable cup, full bellies, and a gift bag. We all had a lot of fun. 10/10 would recommend. New upgrade of the fun zone is awesome. Reasonable add on for kids in the birthday party.

Staff was rude. One staff member who was supposed to be watching the entry/exit for the climbing activity actually asked a child to watch it and was gone for 20+ min! When we arrived there was no one at the gate at all. Several kids were running around in there playing then a staff member makes my grand daughter get out bc she had not paid the fee. Which is fine it's the policy. However they should have been monitoring it the entire time! Then she goes over to do ticket capsule because its her birthday. That staff chic starts chirping about how she cant pick tickets up off the floor. Im like o

They did the best they could with the people they had. The female manager on duty was excellent. There was an issue with our birthday party favors and she assisted with a discount and apologized for the inconvenience - thank you. However, one employee (who appeared to be a student) was on her phone the entire time. Even when adults were at the counter helping their children pick their point prizes. Her cell phone was attached to every transaction made. She sat on her phone while at the trampoline activity center and nearly never acknowledged safety measures. There was a wonderful gal, who had
