Antonio has amazing customer service. He’s very personable and truly makes your day better — you leave with a smile every time. My food is always fresh, he makes sure my order is correct every time, and he always checks to see if I need anything else. It’s such a pleasure and honestly a breath of fresh air, especially since customer service is lacking in so many places. If he weren’t there, I’d go to another Five Guys since this location isn’t the closest to me. His customer service alone makes it worth the extra drive.

Usually, Five Guys is known for having super greasy burgers, so we were a little unsure about ordering this time. But honestly, we were pleasantly surprised! We ordered two cheeseburgers and fries through Instacart (May 16 around 7to8ish) and the burgers were assembled really nicely and weren’t greasy at all. Everything tasted fresh and very good, and we’re glad we decided to take a chance and order from Five Guys again. The fries were a little overly seasoned, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience. That’s why I’m giving Five Guys 4 stars instead of 5.

I’ve had Five Guys all over the country during my travels, but I’ve never been greeted, or treated, with such genuine kindness as I was at this one. The food (Cajun and regular fries with drinks) was, of course, amazing as always, but it was the staff that made the whole place feel so warm and full of good vibes. Ok I know it's a chain, but it doesn't taste like a chain. Probably my favorite major chain hamburger. I love the peanuts to eat while waiting. Hot dogs are also great. I also love the freestyle coke machine. It's always clean. The staff is friendly and service is usually fast without a long wait.
