This little Dunkin' on North Graham Street in Charlotte is a solid spot to get your coffee fix! Sure, it's not huge, but what makes it special is the super friendly service – there's this really nice girl who works there and makes the whole experience better. Perfect place to swing by when you need a pick-me-up. The coffee's reliable (it's Dunkin', after all!) and they've got all the usual treats you'd expect. While it's definitely on the smaller side, they make good use of the space they have. Don't come expecting a huge seating area to hang out in, but if you're looking for a quick coffee

The three women workers were rude! We drove from Kannapolis NC to do an errand. Went inside to order and while we were waiting i really needed to use the restroom. Which was clearly marked for customers. The door was locked, so I asked an employee she didn't even look up and said "NO it don't work!" As another one snickered. As we left the CVS I noticed an employee leave the bathroom and lock it back!!! Horrible people!! Never will I return or suggest Dunkin Doughnuts to ANYONE!!

I usually have a pleasant experience most times when I come to this location. The manager always provides great customer service. He wasn’t there yesterday. But the 2 girls who work the line were. I was trying to get 2 six dollar meals and as soon as I stated that the girl said we don’t have ANY food. I said wow. Nothing at all. She said no eggs no bacon etc. I said well do you have bagels and hash browns. Her and the other girl were joking and then playing and she had to actually ask the other girl if they had hash browns which they did. Hash browns are one of the most popular items. In my op
