They pay absolutely no attention to you—not to mention that they speak Spanish themselves, yet they try to talk down to you for not knowing how to speak English. They are completely shameless. Honestly, I think they need to hire staff with better customer service skills—or rather, staff who possess *any* customer service skills at all.
