The service is horrible. They pay absolutely no attention to you—not to mention that they speak Spanish themselves, yet they try to talk down to you for not knowing how to speak English. They are completely shameless. Honestly, I think they need to hire staff with better customer service skills—or rather, staff who possess *any* customer service skills at all.

Second time I’ve been charged for making it bold and not getting it bold from this place. It’s not the biggest deal but it’s the only reason I get these burritos. I will be traveling out of my way from now on to go to other locations in order to get my bold burrito fix.
