They cant even put lettuce and tomatoes on a burger correctly. I've ordered 2x and each time, something was wrong. I get fast food isn't glamorous, but when I pay for stuff, i expect it to come with all the ingredients its listed with.

Every single damn time I go there, something is ALWAYS missing. They never put napkins in the bag, never include ANY sauce, they’re constantly “out” of shake mix, and they can’t even bother to add the dressings or croutons to a simple salad. I ordered through DoorDash and—surprise—no napkins, no fork for my tiny tacos, no ranch for the mozzarella sticks, no sauce for the tacos, and they STILL managed to mess up my whole sandwich. We got there at shift change so they missed our order but they doubled up on everything and it was fresh and hot!! Also they have the best milk shakes!! We weren't in a hurry so it was a good experience. Everyone was kind.
