Small family-run business. It’s well rated in the area, but doesn’t hold up to its ratings. The vibe is very similar to Yoshi Sushi in Latham. You don’t get much by way of service, so it is really not worth eating in. The sushi was hit or miss — fresh salmon, freezer burned octopus, average eel. The Korean hot entrees were very overcooked to the point of mushiness and is diabetes on a plate, it is just bathed in sugar. For a superior sushi experience in every way, go to Yoshi in Latham. The moment I walked into the restaurant, the pleasant aroma of real Japanese food took me back to my days living in Japan. The restaurant is excellent; the sushi is fresh and plentiful; and the salads were perfect. The service was impeccable. The restaurant is clean. It was a great find; we were there for a weekend basketball tournament at Impact Athletic Center just two miles away. Thanks to all of those people who reviewed this restaurant that help us find it.
