I usually love a Krispy Kreme run with my girls, but our recent visit was completely soured by the staff. We came in for two dozen glazed and a specialty football doughnut, but we left feeling like we were an inconvenience just for being there. The employee helping us (with purple hair) was incredibly rude from the start. After ordering our glazed, my daughter pointed to the football doughnut she wanted. This Krispy Kreme location is our favorite. (When they were closed for repairs, we just didn't visit Krispy Kreme.) The employees are always nice and helpful. The doughnuts are second to none! And, the restaurant itself is typically clean and welcoming. If you sign up for their emails and/or app, you will get all kinds of deals. Take advantage of the savings and enjoy your sweet treats!

I placed an online order at around 7:45 am, and set it for pick up at 12:30pm. When I went to pick up my order, it was not ready, and they had no doughnuts. The general staff was kind and did their best to help the mistake. I requested for a refund because of the difference in price of what I ordered and what little they had. The cashier had to wait for the manager. I was frustrated at this point, but what really upset was the manager. They refused to come up and speak to me. Hard to admit I come here multiple times a week for their hot glazed. I’ve had their other donuts and they are good but is no one getting an hot glaze in these reviews? They are the best. My main reason for this reviews is the staff! Everyone is always so nice. I mean everyone- I have never been disappointed with my service since they reopened. Jessi in particular is amazing but the whole current staff morning and night is top notch truly.
