Definitely prefer norms over IHOP or Dennys. Rocky was our server and did a phenomenal job. He delivered exceptional service and went above and beyond with his level of detail and hospitality. I think this is the best Norms location in Orange County for sure.

We were welcomed with a good morning and kind pleasantries. My mom was greeted with nice compliments about her flower top, and helped my dad feel at home and comfortable. We were then met with our lovely server Judee who recommended a Mediterranean salad as I ordered my grilled chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The food at Norms was very tasty!! I picked up orders to go while I was staying in Tustin, California. The first night I had the open faced turkey sandwich. It was delicious, and like November in February. The next night I ordered two burgers using buy one get one half off coupons we’d received the night before. The burger and fries were also delicious. I particularly liked that Norms fries aren’t greasy.

If you like a place that time hasn't changed too much along the likes of Spires, Denny's and what not, Norms is along with them. My friend and I did a late night of work and went to the gym until 3am and of course there arent too many options early morning but Norms was our first pick and an easy choice. We got a lovely warm welcome from Sherese and the staff. Service was prompt, friendly and full of smiles which made our food taste even better.
