R RICE★★★★I had the chicken fried steak. It came with soup, salad, potatoes, and a vegetable. The salad was good and a decent portion. The soup was a gumbo, but mostly tasted like a good can variety. The chicken fried steak was a decent size, most likely not handmade in house, but it was tender and pretty tasty. I ordered it with the mashed potatoes and gravy- they were pretty good. As my daughter would say - I wasn't mad at it. This is about the 4th time I've eaten at Norm's, various locations, when I visit California and all visits have been good.
