I haven't been to a 5 Guys in a long time, and this recent visit confirmed why. I'm not going over the value of the food as they have no control over it. But the burger patties were nearly tasteless, and the ingredients didn't taste fresh at all. I placed the order online, and after 20 minutes of waiting (the app said 'In process' status), I walked up to the counter and the staff were ignoring me. I had to grab their attention a bit. I waited 15 mins for my order which is understandable because they were busy. But then i got my food and the only thing semi warm was my fries. Why wait so long? Just to get cold burger. Highly disappointed. Sidenote- i also witness the supervisor get frustrated with the rush of orders and gave a walk in customer attitude about there being a 30 min wait. Didnt even take his order when he said it was okay. The customer ended up walking out. Between 630p-645p

I usually like this place but tonight no so much. If I’m paying over $20,00 for a cheeseburger fries and a shake then it better be worth it. First off my food was cold. The cheeseburger was okay but would have been better if it were at least warm. Secondly, the fries 1/4th of the portion were burnt and they were cold. This leads me to believe they mixed old fries with older burnt fries. The only item that was pretty good was the peanut butter and chocolate milkshake. It was cold as it was supposed to be but could have been better. It’s very disappointing there isn’t any consistency.over at

Just a great burger joint. Good burgers. Awesome fresh Fry's. Service is great nice people. Floors and tables were messy. But there very busy. Will be back again. Oh and you can get all types of toppings on the burger bo charger
