Skip this Jack in the Box location! I placed an order on the app, which I picked up in drive thru. Food order was wrong. I ordered a Jumbo Jack and jalapeño poppers. There was nothing jumbo about the burger and the poppers were missing. I was given chicken nuggets which were so thin they looked like fried pickles. They employees did correct the order after I returned to the restaurant but there was no apology. I would not recommend this location due to poor order accuracy and lack of customer service.

This place might as well be in the middle of downtown Houston with people LIVING in the parking lot!! They are always there all day and night for the last month maybe two. It makes Cypress feel like it’s a slum not the suburbs.

The girl working the evening shift at the window is very negative. We hardly come here anymore and I have no idea how she’s still working here. They get more of our business if the experience didn’t make us feel like we’re a bother to the employees. Something’s wrong with the owner here. We just witnessed 5 cars leave the drive thru because of her attitude thru the speaker. They’re losing business and they don’t seem to care.
