Horrible! Purchased chicken that was not fresh and spent 17$ for bad customer service, and cold CHICKEN! I should have known when I walked in there was nobody in there. That location use to be the best in Dallas now it has gone down to ground! And the girl at the front doesn’t even want to be at work. Refills is too high. They supposed to be free especially if you a paying customer! Tables were dirty and there were no restrooms to change my 8 month old daughter. It was not welcoming or friendly!!! They better be glad I was hungry!

I've doordashed from this place about three times in every single time it's missing something. I ordered multiple Orders for different people in every order Had chicken missing. I don't think the people work here even graduated middle school because they're getting one hundred percent of the orders wrong.

Don’t. I repeat don’t eat here. This was a horrible horrible experience. They gave us molded food. It was undercooked chicken. All this after waiting 25 minutes for food and paying over $70 for the worst meal ever. We should be able to give them 0 stars.

If i could give half a point jus for the strawberry soda I would. I do know that this chain has several locations but this one should be shut down. I understand there's quite a few vagrants around but in no way did we look homeless, helpless or like we were begging for anything. We were placing our order but she wouldn't allow me to use the bathroom until the payment cleared. Once she opened it was completely disgusting! There was fecal matter all over the wall and toilet. It was worse than a condemned bathroom. To have a food establishment with facilities like that....the health dept needs to
