I went to Williams Chicken in DeSoto on Pleasant Run and ask for 2 Chicken tenders and a small fries. The Tenders was refried and the fries was not done they uncooked on the outside and inside. The only thing was maybe fresh was the roll. The Tenders I had to eat the inside of the tenders and it was hard on the outside and the inside was dry. I would like a refund. Y'all need to stop recooking those tenders they don't taste right they are hard and dry.

Any time I'm in Desoto, stopping at Williams is a must. I'm not sure of the older gentleman's name all I know is he has golds and is always nice. My food is always hot, fresh, and tasty. This spot will always be a favorite as far as fried chicken goes and the staff is always comical.

Why does every car have a 10 minute wait on chicken not liver or gizzards but bone in chicken. Not to mention I've already been waiting in line 10 minutes. And the parking lot is full with ALL the cars being pulled up! It will be a while before I come back. I haven't got my food but if the food is bad I will post again! Do BETTER! I'm still here and it has taken way over 10 minutes it's now 20 min and I still haven't got my chicken!

I’m not sure why I have to wait 30 minutes for a 12 pc chicken….ridiculous! And when I got home the order was wrong. I asked for dark meat and they put 4pcs of dark and the rest were white. I’m furious I will not be returning to this establishment.
