I have dairy, gluten, and peanut allergies and our waiter was incredibly versed in the menu and immediately knew what items the chef could modify. He shared that they are working towards a fully gf menu! I had lots of choices available to choose from. I had the pork collar el pastor and it was the best meal I’ve had in a long time! Our server, Alexis, was professional and attentive without the slightest bit of stuffiness! Better still, the food is incredible. As good as anything from a Michelin rated kitchen, hands down.
