This location was a great disappointment! service from our waiter Caleb wasn’t pleasant. On top of seeing the butt crack multiple times, not professional! They poured seasoning on my wings! Burnt bacon, cold fries and had to wait for more! Never again!

My Buddy and I went here for dinner. The service was so slow and there wasn’t that much people in the restaurant. We sat a table and it took a long time for a waitress to take our orders. There was other customers waiting for waitresses as well. We got our waitress first than them and other customers waited over 15 minutes and they left the restaurant which I don’t blame them. Our waitress never came back to ask if we need refills or if we need anything else. we had to ask another waitress for our bill. I've never understood the hype about BWW. Service is suspect, food is below average. Atmosphere is ok, every inch of every wall covered with TV's but only 3 or 4 videos are playing spread throughout. The waitress sprayed the table down next to us and hit us and our food with disinfectant. The 10 dollar unlimited apps was the best part. Caesar salad was boring.

The DeKalb BWWs is making an argument for self service cooking. Apparently none of the employees in this store can read. 3 straight orders where they messed it up. 1st 2 incorrect wing sauces. 2nd time for to pack to items. This time again they messed up on 2 wing orders. One order of 20 should have had 3 types of wings but we only got 2. On the other they gave us lemon pepper sauce instead of lemon pepper dry rub. On top of that I thought instead of spicy garlic they gave us a dry rub...upon further inspection it was sauced, you have to work really hard to put that little bit of sauce o
