By far the best Culver’s I’ve had so far! Last time I came with my boyfriend, our cheeseburger was gobsmackingly yummy! Textbook perfect. Juicy and fresh to the point that we stared at each other in disbelief and kept raving about it on the ride home. Today 4/17/26 around 8pm, we came for some ice cream and were greeted so warmly by LT! Just an overall outstanding guy with fantastic energy who carried himself with contagious enthusiasm. We love this Culver’s and will be back! Keep it up guys!

Not sure why. But this location does not match up quality wise with Sycamore location. All I usually get is burgers to go to have at home with chips and my own drink. They don’t bother to warm your buns for you so they come out literally ice cold, the meat is always cold as well so that means the chews will never melt even a little. And the grease over powers the mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. Poor food quality.

Listen I use to work in the service industry McDonald’s and a actual waitress job and I understand that it can be hard to act a certain kind of happy all the time but what me and my family experienced here was so beyond just a “bad day” and honestly even if you are having a bad day that does not give you any right to treat others poorly!
