I had a pretty frustrating experience here today that honestly felt like a total waste of time. I spotted a pallet of soda clearly marked with a $5 discount, but it scanned at the full $10 price. I assumed the system would catch the error once I put in my rewards number, but nothing changed. When I brought it up, the situation went from a simple mistake to a real headache. Through no fault of her own, the cashier apparently didn't have the tools to call for a price check, so she told me I’d have to go back and take a picture of the sign myself. It’s disappointing when the 'solution' to a store

None of the carts are defective. They glide smoother than glass. The self-checkout is annoying. However - Schnucks in-house brand is phenomenal. Seriously, try the frozen meatballs and make some subs with them. It's spectacular.
