I ordered a large refresher with my meal, and when I took a sip after getting halfway home, it tasted like plain water rather than the flavored drink I expected. I tried to call the restaurant to inform them of the issue and to let them know my exact location, but they didn’t answer. I also attempted to call about the drink itself, but again, there was no response. Because of this experience, I decided I won’t be purchasing another refresher from this place.

My son had asked me for Sonic for dinner. Which he doesn’t ask for Sonic often so I agreed. I didn’t want to cook dinner tonight - it’s Friday! I ordered Sonic through the app & needed it for delivery. DoorDash sent someone to get my order. I got a notification saying my driver had canceled the order. I came into the store to see what’s going on. The assistant GM had told me she personally gave the woman my order through the drive thru to be delivered to my home. I didn’t argue because it’s not her fault my order was stolen. I said thank you and walked out of the restaurant. I called DoorDash

Nehemiah was very nice and helpful. The blue coconut cream fresher is absolutely phenomenal!!!! Y'all nailed it with that one! Corn dog was great!! We will be back to this location. Bloomington one sucks.

On 4/15/26 around 9:40pm, I was having a comically bad day and wound up walking in the pouring rain with no umbrella or coat. It's a long story on how that happened, but I decided that I'd stop at Sonic for some mozzarella sticks so that I could at least enjoy something nice before walking 25 minutes home in the rain. I was super embarrassed and down about it, but Kenny met me with so much compassion and sympathy. I felt seen on one of the worst days I've had in awhile. He gently encouraged me to dry off in the bathroom, and I really want to thank him for helping me maintain some level of dig
