Although my most recent order was from this location, this review applies to all the locations I’ve been to this past year or more. Jimmy John’s used to pump out fresh quality subs stacked thick. Can’t even tell if there’s anything on it lol. The bread was hard and not fresh. We ordered two turkey toms and both looked like this. Basically nothing on it but lettuce. Sad. Jimmy John’s generates 3 billion dollars a year serving this absolute slop.

I ordered a sub and they gave me a “ultimate Italian” on sliced hard wheat bread that you would get at the dollar store. All employees are teenagers and did not care at all. The customer after me asked for wheat, and they asked her if she was ok with the sliced bread. She said no way. They didn’t ask me. If I could give negative stars I would .

This is the worst Jimmy Johns. I used to order from here all the time, and was a very loyal costumer. Within the past year, they've been getting my orders wrong. Over, and over, and over again. 80% of the time, my order was wrong. This is my last time ordering from this Jimmy Johns. My order was, ONCE AGAIN, wrong. You are LUCKY if you get the correct order from this Jimmy Johns. The reviews on this establishment do not surprise me, they never get an order right. It is not a mistake, it's a CONSISTENT quality issue that needs to be looked into by higher management. Please save your time and mo

ordered 4 subs. 3 no. 7 toasted and a chicken bacon ranch with no lettuce. Reminded giro again when they started making the order not to put lettuce on the chicken bacon ranch. Not a big deal. Got home and all 4 subs had lettuce. Also, they forgot to put the pickles in the bag. Subs were good, but please get the orders right.
