The wait in line was insane. I recieved my food cold. And i can honestly say it was the worst order i ever had at this location. See picture for their version of the Loaded Fries. Lol do not order this. I know i never will. Absolute garbage

I literally went to see to go see a band, and before I went in line i decided to get something to eat first, so i look at the places available and I seen there was a Jack nearby which happened to be this one, so i said why not because I was starving. I ordered 5 tacos, fries, and a coke pretty simple. It took atleast 20 minutes to get my food, which made me be late to my show first of all, second of all the tacos were stale, fries were too, the drink was the only normal tasting thing at this Jack. I finish my food I'm not hungry no more, I go back to my show and line up, and as I'm in the line

I bit into my sandwich expecting a cluck sandwich (chicken) and ended up with fish? Hash brown? Or something but it is pretty gross and there's 2 patties of them? Everything else was somehow correct. I got all my sauces and the person working was really nice

First of all, we stood there 5 minutes and was not greeted. The cashier walked by us several times. When she finally acknowledged us she said you can order on the kiosk. They were out of all diet sodas, the food score was nowhere in site and they had attitudes. After we finally get our food, the order was wrong. The food was old and burned. This is the worst Jack in the box. Do Not Go Here. Make the trip to the loop.
