Toasted flats is excellent. I love their food, smoothies, and fresh pressed juices. If you’re looking healthy yet filling and delicious breakfast/brunch/lunch, do try toasted flats! All time favourite is the Bon dia flat and the berry smoothie.

Very good food, pricey, (no prices on the menu board, lol) maybe cut costs on the bags/containers? I really liked my breakfast sandwich "Bom Dia.". Photo is the "avocado toast.". Didn't order coffee. Carryout only, no seating that I could see.

Crispy twist on pita sandwiches. Recently took a visit for a quick breakfast. Everything on the menu was available, so I picked up one breakfast flat (Glorious Day) and two lunch flats (Chicken Pesto & Italian). Toasted Flats gave these a nice upgrade by baking them like mini breakfast pizzas for 2-3 minutes. While I’m not sure if this method transforms the dishes entirely, it did add a nice crispiness to toppings like bacon and pepperoni.
