Everything on the menu was available, so I picked up one breakfast flat (Glorious Day) and two lunch flats (Chicken Pesto & Italian). Toasted Flats gave these a nice upgrade by baking them like mini breakfast pizzas for 2-3 minutes. While I’m not sure if this method transforms the dishes entirely, it did add a nice crispiness to toppings like bacon and pepperoni.
