i live by this dunkin and every time i come, i try to give them a chance to give me what i paid for, and yet they get my order wrong every time. even when i order a regular latte, it tastes like bitter coffee. no flavor, no anything. it’s amazing how they do it every single time. I don’t understand how this location is still running, judging by the other reviews they’ve had terrible service for a long while. I just want a latte 😭 that’s it. not bitter coffee. Hoffman Estates is a much better location.

First of all Indian lady gives the worst of worst service, always rude with a horrible attitude. I had ask for a cup holder because I had purchased 3 drinks and she gives me the cup holder empty, her excuse was “a lot of coffee” and just slams the window.
