Not the best experience. I will say the car hop was friendly and personable. The touch screen didn't work. When I made my order. I only asked to add jalapenos bacon, omit the ketchup and add mustard to the Sonic cheeseburger. It came first with mustard, bacon and jalapenos only. Want to send it back. They merely opened it up. Added the mayonnaise, some lettuce and a piece of cheese. Sonic I know you're better than this, however, I'm not sure this location understands how to get there.

I would not recommend this joke of an establishment. We had to repeat our order THREE times because they couldn't hear over the loud music they play. Even after that, they still got our order wrong. Food is on par with what's to be expected from a Sonic, but the guys running this store today need better training.

Ok, so I love sonic. The drinks are always good, even if they are wrong they’re still good. Only issue recently is there is a new girl who is so sweet but consistently makes mistakes. 70% of the time the drinks are completely wrong. Not in a “they forgot an add in” kind of way, but a completely different drink. Also, she never wipes down the cups, they are covered in syrup or sweet cream. One time there was a huge hole in the bottom of one of my cups and I had to flag her down to ask for a new drink cup, the drink was in a large cup and she brought me a medium replacement cup… She left so qui

I had made a mobile order before arriving for two drinks and a pretzel. We initially intended to use a stall, but when I tried to check in on the app, it wasn’t working. So, we pressed the button, and we waited for five minutes without any response. We then decided to try the drive-through and sat at the speaker for 20 minutes before deciding to pull up. However, we were still there for another 10 minutes. During this time, I was on the phone with corporate trying to have them cancel and refund my order.
