Took our daughter here partly as a reward for school work, and partly nostalgia for us and to see how it changed. The arcade games and food were fine, but 1) the play area had a height maximum that we hadn't seen listed anywhere online. Our 9 year old is tall for her age and was deemed too large to play in it. She was crushed. Frankly though, the 3 hours we were there, I think I only saw 1 kid in that thing. It's not a super impressive play area, so why they charge extra for it I don't know. It can't make them that much extra $, just let the kids have that option too and then maybe general att

Today was one of the multiple times i come here with my family. Today we encountered a nice & mannered employee named kidalys. She was nice & friendly. She helped us understand the points & minute system & also the trampoline access. Thanks kidalys for your great time & great customer service. Your hard work has shown & i hope you get promoted to be higher up because from what you showed you know what your doing. Your the only employee in this building who was very thorough with us & explained everything a parent should know. All day we saw kidalys working very hard & assisting every customer

Male manager needs better customer service. Was on the mat supervising my 1 year old in the play area. Was told by the manager that I could not even stand in that area. As a parent why would I bring my child to a place where I can’t adequately watch him. Save your time and money, go to Lava Island or Kidzone instead.
