I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for quite a while now, and I always have a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. Even during busy times, the drive-thru is very fast and efficient, which I really appreciate when I’m in a hurry. Everyone always seems to have a positive attitude, and it makes a difference in starting my day off right. Overall, this location never disappoints, and I highly recommend it!

Good evening Family. I visited for the first time today, this location. I wanted something hot to drink, like coffee or tea. I should have asked for tea, but I got coffee instead. I ordered black, medium and decaf coffee. My order was $2.87 and it was ready quickly. I paid by cash and I asked for my receipt. I forgot to ask for my senior discount. My order would have been cheaper. The lady who rung me up was named Patel. I had a good experience here today. I used the rest room and it was clean, but no toilet paper. I’ve had enough with this Dunkin’ location. The drive-thru employee repeatedly refuses to simply hold the scanner out the window so I can use Apple Pay the way it’s intended. Instead, she insists on grabbing customers’ phones, which is uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. She’s also very rude and wants to go back-and-forth with you about it. Completely disrespectful. Apple Pay is supposed to be quick, contactless, and convenient for both the customer and the business. Every other employee here manages to do it without any issue, so there’s no excuse. This has now happened THREE separate

This morning I went into the Dunkin’ Donuts and I ordered a signature latte with oat milk. I said oat milk twice because I figured she didn’t listen to me because she wasn’t paying me much attention when I received the drink. I looked at the tag and it said oat milk so I proceeded to drink it and immediately as I drink it and swallow it I realize that this is not oat milk I went to the counter and I said to them hey this is not oat milk.
