Place definitely has been getting better and better the last 6 months. Sometimes a bit of a delay on mobile orders (seems short staffed at rush times) but the usual sandwich maker makes it happen as quick as she can. Either way the service and order accuracy beat out the McDonald's in the plaza next door when you need something quick and consistent.

most rude staff I’ve ever met in Dunkin. This morning I called to ask them when I order a sandwich online the app tolds me the eggs are currently not available. So I called this store to check if I want to order that sandwich (usually have the eggs) what should I do. The female Indian staff answered the call. At beginning she pretended did not hear what I said so I have to explain again. And she just ask me “will you order right now or no” and ask me to go to the app to order - she did not listen at all because I kept telling her when I ordered online the sandwich will be without eggs. I got some things for an office (work related). Easy self order and fast pickup. The people i bought 2 dozen donuts for really loved them.

Visited the shop on a Sunday afternoon. The donut collection was good but there are many iced drinks in the menu. I got a small hot chocolate which was filled only to a 3/4 of the cup and was for $2.69 Along, with the chicken and roasted pepper wrap, it had a generous amount of cheese. It was for $4.79 and was small for the price and definitely not worth it. The tables weren’t clean and the food was absolutely not worth the price. In addition to the limited hot drinks wouldn’t recommend going here.
