Very bad service. I’ve gone multiple times because it’s the closest one and each time was the same thing. My coffee I asked for cold they gave me hot. I ask for vanilla they give me caramel. Getting my order wrong multiple times is so annoying! And the main lady that’s always there always tries to argue about it

there I did buy 2 hot chocolate milks, me, my sister and my niece, we sat inside and suddenly the female guard there said to her friend, that me and my sister were crazy because they didn't leave this shop. at that time the shop was quiet and there were also people sitting inside, was it because we only bought drinks so we weren't allowed to wait inside?

So to be fair service from the young lady barista was great however my only complaint was when i visited the second time like an hour after my first visit because i needed a quick restroom stop and find out the hand soap dispenser was ran out. I informed management and apparently they said “can’t do that right now.” I work in a corporate cafe shop and that’s honestly freaking disgusting to hear as a customer. I would give this a 0 star review but ima be nice and give a 2 since the food service was great. :/

The Woman I had an interaction with yesterday was rude. I took a while to pick up my coffee. It took me about 40 minutes, cause I got stuck. What did she do, throws the coffee away. So I asked to make me another one, and she did. She made it wrong and then told me the next time I’ll have to pay. I said to her what was the purpose to even say that? He was rude for no reason An extremely nasty. I’ll never go back to that stupid place.!
