Fred Long★Very disappointed. Really sick and tired of this non-human contact thing. I walk up to the counter and the lady tells me I have to order through the kiosk. I just wanted to order an app special and I wasn't sure how to customize it so I needed to talk to a person. She insisted that I have to go through the kiosk and I can do it through the kiosk. I tried using the kiosk and could not accomplish my order. So she has to come from behind the counter to help me with the kiosk. Bottom line is and order that would have taken 30 seconds took a 6 minutes on the kiosk. I really don't get why everything
Kelly Gooding★★★This location always seems to get my order correct and customer service is usually decent. On this occasion I believe they had a new employee in training. He seemed to not know the menu which is understandable but they got my order incorrect. I always order the same thing, this time they forgot my toddler's apple juice..needless to say she wasn't happy and neither was I. By the time I noticed we were already back on the road, didn't want to go back in the middle of rush hour traffic.

Demessis Padilla★I love burger king but this place has the rudest employees. There are 2 restrooms in the lobby, and it's busy. I came in ordered my food and when I tried to use the restroom the female employee says "no, you can't use this. Its for employees only." So I asked her where is the sign that says that? And all she said is "I'm sorry, you can't use it." Thats BS. So I gotta sit here, peeing myself because they decided to dedicate one of the bathrooms for employees only??? I wouldn't be mad if there was proper signage saying its for employees. But seriously, why have 2 bathrooms in the lobby if the
