My Milk Tea was dripping everywhere.. Lid not on right. Tasted like strong coffee rather than a Milk Tea. Gross. Not what I needed or was was expecting to taste. I love the Boba Milk TEA and have never got a "bad one". I had to throw it out because it was that horrible tasting. RUNNING late from a power outage and had no time to go back. Now, I get to go to work with my tummy feeling sick from this drink. Throw it out now please so nobody else has this awful experience. These guys always forget stuff in our order on 3.15.2026 server ana check 1151 there were no curly fries and chicken nuggets in our oder tride to call no one answers the phone this place has always been like this we even pulled to into the parking lot an waited so it not like it was a rush. I have no clue why it is always like this at this Jack in the box but it must be a management dosent care. I remember when I worked fast food I checked everything before sending it out. They basically stole 8.98 from me but it would cost me more to go back. They need to refund me my money.

I thought that the employee at the drive thru window, forgot to give my credit card back to me, and I was in a hurry. The manager Roberto and the employee who helped me at the window, Vincent, were both so professional and patient and polite while handling my issue with not getting my card back. I even apologized for being so pushy and rushing them as well. So, shot out to Vincent and Roberto for such qualities and excellence!!!💯💋🍒💙

Did an online order and got a loaded breakfast sandwich from here. Well for starters, nothing about the sandwich looked loaded at all, and two, they forgot the sausage.. if you're going to inflate the prices of food, at least do a better job of putting it together. Disappointing.
